Newbies – New Releases That You Want to Look Out For

So many beers- So little time… After years as a stand-alone The Bruery is spinning off a whole new division and you need to know all about it.  We’ve also new releases from Saint Arnold and Boulevard Brewing that sound extremely awesome as well.

, Newbies – New Releases That You Want to Look Out ForTwo Years Coming (Portland, ME) – Allagash has just released a new beer that’s spent more than two years in stainless steel tanks, getting “jiggy” with Saison yeast and Brettanomyces. Allagash Century Ale is an 8% ABV Brett Saison that we’re pretty sure will be worth the wait.

Getting Rued (Placentia, CA) – The Bruery is splitting into two business divisions this year. In addition to the Bruery itself they’ll be spinning off a new sours operation under the name of Bruery Terreux. And their first release is Bruery Terreux Saison Rue – an 8.5% ABV a nationally distributed year-round Belgian-style Ale that’s brewed with Rye and Brettanomyces.

Saint Arnold Bishop’s Barrel #9 is their famous Pumpkinator aged in bourbon barrels for seven months. And at 12.9% ABV this one could be devastating – so know that you’ve been warned!

Stone Ruination Double IPA 2.0 is a 8.5% ABV contemporary re-take of that that classic brewed with a new hop menu and state-of-the-art brewing methods.

Smokin’ (Kansas City, MO) – Boulevard Brewing has a new Smokestack Series release coming out soon that sounds pretty hot! Boulevard Tell-Tale Tart is a 6.2% ABV “slightly sour” Wild Ale that will be sold in four packs of 12-ounce bottles starting in early June.
