COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION:
Williams, Arizona is a small town. Small enough to walk through the main street area in about 20 minutes. It does have its share of interesting places and the Grand Canyon Brewing Company is definately one of them. The Grand Canyon Brewery is run by three brothers, all under the age of 26. They built the place from the ground up, and it's impressive. Not in a hoity-toity way, but in a hand-sewn, old-fashioned way. All of the funiture was made by them from ponderosa pine logs -- the bar, the shelves on which the liquor rests, the bar stools, the pool table, the tap handles -- all of it. Most importantly, their beer is serious!
