Spring has sprung and American craft brewers are addressing things with exciting new beers you’re gonna want to have around.
Industrial Strength (North Hudson, NY) – Paradox Brewery is a certified Veteran Owned, independent craft brewery founded in the heart of the Adirondack Mountains brewing. And they’ve an interesting new release that we can’t wait to chase down. Crafted using water which can only be found in the granite 600 feet below the Adirondack Park….water that is so pure, it needs no filtering or treatment, Paradox The Industry is a 6.5% ABV West Coast-Style IPA which combines a crisp clear finish and with a modern East Coast hoppiness and bite.
“We are stoked for our new release, The Industry, our take on a West Coast IPA,” Said Devon Hamilton, Director of Operations at Paradox Brewery. “IPAs used to be crystal clear, exhibiting a malt character, bitterness, and balance. This beer is our take on those times and those beers.”
Key Lime Time (Greeley, CO) – WeldWerks Brewing is returning something special that’s perfectly timed to pair with spring’s warming. Available this April throughout the brewery’s extensive 24 state reach, WeldWerks Key Lime Pie is a 5.1% ABV Pastry Sour with fresh key limes, vanilla beans, and graham cracker flavors that are completely reminiscent of the classic dessert pie.
“Key Lime Pie is one of my favorite desserts so I look forward to the release every year,” said WeldWerks Marketing Director Devin Quinn. “Our brewers did an incredible job balancing the sweetness from vanilla and graham cracker with the tartness of freshly squeezed key limes. The result is refreshing and light!”
Berry Good (St Louis, MO) – The original, independent craft brewery in St. Louis, Schlafly Beer is celebrating the onset of spring with the return of something “berry good.” Schlafly Raspberry Hefeweizen is a true fruit beer, that uses real raspberries during primary fermentation, which naturally yields a pink, hazy-color with citrus aromas from the wheat and a flavor that is neat and tart.
