Held in conjunction with the Mountain Brewers Beer Fest, The North American Beer Awards (NABA) while not as significant a win as the at GABF has grown considerably in prominence.
The judging and awards are sanctioned by the North American Brewers Association and here’s some of who won…
Not surprisingly the craft beer-rich state of Oregon dominated this year’s competition. Portland’s Breakside Brewery owned this year’s NABA wining 11 medals and Baker City-based Barley Brown’s Beer was but one win behind, taking 10 medals home.
But Washington State earned the second-most medals followed by Idaho, according to our friends The New School Beer who really did all the heavy lifting for this post.
