Soothsayer (Cooperstown, NY) – Ommegang has released a new “limited edition” creation that defies all predictions. Ommegang Soothsayer is a big and bold 8.9% Belgian-style Dark Ale with a surprising complexity and a lingering finish.
King of Hops Redux (Crozet, VA) – Starr Hill has just released the Four Kings IPA 12-packwhich features four different takes on their popular King of Hop Imperial IPA. In addition to their popular dry-hopped flagship, the Four Kings pack also includes a Grapefruit King of Hops, a Lemon-Lime King of Hops and a Habanero version of their classic 7.5% ABV Imperial India Pale Ale.
Coffee Blonde (St Louis, MO) – Schlafly has a new specialty release that takes “being a blonde” in an entirely new direction. Schlafly Double Bean Blonde is a 6.3% ABV Blonde Ale, brewed with cocoa nibs and infused with cold coffee. Eye-opening!
Gearing Up (Portland, OR) – Hopworks Urban Brewery has a new addition to their year-round lineup that we can’t wait to get our hands on. HUB Gear UP IPA is a 6.2% ABV golden Northwest-style India Pale Ale with a complex hop profile of ripe passionfruit, pineapple, and mango.
Botanically Inclined (Ft Collins) – New Belgium is harvesting spring with their newest draft-only Hop Kitchen release. New Belgium’s Botanical Imperial IPA is a massive 8.5% ABV “double” that’s brewed using a blast of essential oils from backyard botanicals (basil, sage and juniper) to round out the very hop-forward profile.
