Freezing Freshness In Time (Chico, CA) – Sierra Nevada Brewing has a new a first-of-its-kind limited release that utilizes an all-new cryogenic hop preserving technique to bring wet hop flavor to the masses year-round. Crafted using Yakima Chief Hops’ proprietary Cryo Fresh™ hop technology, Sierra Nevada Cryo Torpedo Wet Hop IPA is an amazingly fresh tasting 7% ABV India Pale Ale with earthy notes of passion fruit and citrus.
Sierra Nevada’s groundbreaking new release freezes the hop harvest in time by using a new patented technology from hop supplier Yakima Chief Hops, never before used on a national scale. Sierra Nevada worked closely with Yakima Chief Hops as they developed the YCH 301 Trial hop product, which specifically applies the Cryo Fresh™ flash freezing technology to freshly harvested wet hops. The innovative method maintains all the rich, fresh flavors and aromas of the highly celebrated hop harvest time for beer aficionados across the country to enjoy beyond the fall season.

Project X (Vista, CA / Nampa, ID – Mother Earth Brewing has a new addition to its Project X Rotating IPA Series. Bursting with big tropical mango and citrus aromatics, Mother Earth Static Profile is an unfiltered India Pale Ale with rich peach, apricot, plum, and pear notes that linger.
“Static Profile leans heavily on stone fruit flavors and aroma thanks, partially, to Rakau – A hop with solid street cred and really good performance in our trials,” said Chris Baker, Director of Brewing. “As with a lot of our Hazies, you aren’t going to get a murk-bomb, but rather something that falls right in between Murky and unfiltered.”
A Beer You’ll “Fall” For (Waitsfield, VT) – Lawson’s Finest Liquids has expanded the reach of one of its most beloved fall seasonals. Available now throughout the brewery’s nine state distribution reach, Lawson’s Mad River Maple is a rich and robust 8% ABV Maple Ale which is brewed using 100% Vermont maple syrup.
“Mad River Maple was originally inspired by an old English homebrewing recipe that calls for molasses as a sweetener,” explains Sean Lawson, CEO and Founding Brewer of Lawson’s Finest Liquids. “Instead, we load Mad River Maple with some of the region’s best pure Vermont maple syrup. The early addition of bittering hops balances out the sweetness, resulting in a complex brew with layers of flavor.”
