April is ON and American craft brewers are welcoming in the warmer weather, (as well as 4/20 Day), with a new roster of beers that you’re gonna want to have around.

Monstrous  (San Diego, CA) – Forged in 1995, AleSmith Brewing has long been recognized as one of the  foremost craft brewing companies in the Nation. Their Speedway Stout variations are always worth chasing down and they’ve a new one that’s now on our radar.

Introducing AleSmith Barrel-Aged Speedway Stout: Monster’s Park Chocolate Espresso Edition—a decadent new variation of  the brewery’s classic Speedway Stout, inspired by the rich, complex flavors of bourbon-aged chocolate covered espresso beans.

This imperial stout combines the bold intensity of barrel-aged Speedway Stout with Modern Times’ Monster’s Park, then enhances it with Bird Rock Monkey Bite Espresso and Dominican cacao nibs. The result is a luxuriously smooth and well-rounded brew with notes of rich chocolate, bold espresso, and a warming bourbon character. The finish is layered with smooth, coffee flavor and a satisfying chocolate complexity.

Now on tap and sold in the Tasting Room! Coming to CA, AZ, CO, CT, ID, IL, MA, MI, MN, NY, OH, OR, PA, RI, TX, VA, and WA

A 4/20 Day Classic Returns (Petaluma, CA) – With  ‘4/20 Day,’ an unofficial, but increasingly national celebration of cannabis culture returning on April 20, Lagunitas is retuning a stoner classic.

Brewed in honor of the mysterious Waldos, a group of longtime friends, then teenaged stoners, who bonded over the special 4:20 afterschool pot breaks, Lagunitas The Waldos’ Special Ale 11.7% Triple IPA, a “highly” limited release that’s as dank as the herb some will be pairing it with this month.
