March is just flying by and American brewers are looking to spring with a new roster of beers that you’re gonna want to have around as things thaw out.
Blue Skies Coming Our Way (Exton, PA) – Founded in Newark, DE in 1996 by Kevin Finn, Mark Edelson and Kevin Davies, Iron Hill Brewery is a family of restaurant breweries with 19 locations in DE, NJ, PA, SC, and GA,. Each Iron Hill Brewery and Restaurant is its own independent operation, allowing the regional creativity to pair with the freshest ingredients, mere steps away from the table.
In 2020, the group opened its first large, full-scale production brewery in Exton, PA, to address its growing demand, and they’ve a new retail release we can’t wait to get our hands on. Developed at the Newtown location by award-winning brewer Pete Corbett, Sr., Head Brewer of Iron Hill, Blue Skies & Sunny Haze is an approachable 5.5% ABV Hazy IPA with a fruit-forward character and rich candied mango, passionfruit, and papaya tones.
“The popularity of hazy IPAs continues to thrive, but we’re also seeing a growing trend toward lower-ABV, easy-drinking options that still deliver on flavor,” says Mark Edelson, Founding Partner and VP of Beer at Iron Hill. “We’re excited for guests to experience Blue Skies & Sunny Haze. It’s a refreshing, fruit-forward hoppy beer that’s light enough to be an IPA you can enjoy all day.”

Turbo Radler (Paso Robles, CA) – The next generation of Firestone Walker’s Mind Haze has arrived with the launch of “Mind Haze Rage”—three massive 8% ABV lemonade-infused Radler-Style beers: Original Lemonade, Watermelon Lemonade, and Grapefruit Lemonade, all in one boundary-destroying “Rad Pack.” Mind Haze Lemonade Rage will also land in the single 19.2-ounce can format this spring.
“Mind Haze Rage is an evolution of an age-old style, the Radler. Part beer. Part lemonade,” said Brewmaster Matt Brynildson. “As brewers, we’re curious tinkerers, committed to exploring where beer can go next. Mind Haze Rage is our latest result in this pursuit and we’re thrilled to share it with the world.”
“Mind Haze Rage is fun, disruptive, and crafted for flavor seekers,” Chief Marketing Officer Dustin Hinz added. “This isn’t your grandma’s hard lemonade—it’s a bold new twist on beer.”
