Cool Down (Chico, CA / Mills River NC) – Sierra Nevada Brewing has announced the latest addition to its uber-crafty Limited Hazy Series that we can’t wait to get our hands on.
Brewed with cryogenically frozen fresh Mosaic hops that provide a distinct rush of fresh hop notes, as well as with flavorful Cryo Crystal, Comet, and El Dorado hops, Sierra Nevada Cool Little Thing is a 7.5% ABV Cryo Fresh Hazy IPA with rich tropical flavors and aromas like juicy fruit and bittersweet citrus, and a touch of earthiness that is well-balanced with a clean hoppy bitterness.
“What I love most about Cool Little Thing is the intense tropical aromas and the nuanced complexity of hop flavors that come from cryogenically frozen fresh hops,” said Brian Grossman, Chief Brewer and second-generation brewery owner at Sierra Nevada Brewing. “There’s something extra special about soaking in the sunshine while enjoying a cold, fresh-hop style beer.”
