Historic (Salt Lake City, UT) – Kiitos Brewing has announced the release of the United States’ first 100% Fonio beer which was crafted using the brewery’s unique Mash Press, a one-of-a-kind brewing system designed for precision and efficiency. Crafted entirely from Fonio, an ancient grain hailing from West Africa, Kiitos Fonio Beer is gluten-free 5% ABV limited release brewed with little to no hops which helps explain it’s almost vodka-like clarity.
