2025 is ON and American craft brewers are celebrating things with a new roster of beers that you’re gonna want to have around.
Historic (Salt Lake City, UT) – Kiitos Brewing has announced the release of the United States’ first 100% Fonio beer which was crafted using the brewery’s unique Mash Press, a one-of-a-kind brewing system designed for precision and efficiency. Crafted entirely from Fonio, an ancient grain hailing from West Africa, Kiitos Fonio Beer is gluten-free 5% ABV limited release brewed with little to no hops which helps explain it’s almost vodka-like clarity.
“This project was a true team effort, and I want to especially highlight the contributions of Patrick Bourque,” said David Jimenez, Head Brewer at Kiitos Brewing, “whose creativity and expertise were instrumental in bringing this beer to life.” “We wanted to create something entirely new and meaningful,” added Patrick Bourque, Director of Brewing. “Working with Fonio and exploring its potential in beer has been an incredibly rewarding experience.”
Born In Northern California (Sausalito, CA) – With more craft breweries than ever before, brewing serious non-alcoholic beer, ACB has expanded our coverage to include new NA beers that matter. And Best Day Brewing has a new Imperial IPA that’s terrific!
Bursting with big tropical and piney aromatics, and a full-bodied malt sweetness Best Galaxy Ripple is a buzz-free winter seasonal with layers of peach, pineapple, passion fruit, and pine flavors, and the irresistible bitterness that IPA lovers associate with the style.
And making things even better, this huge non-alcoholic Imperial IPA is only 65 calories.
Don’t Forget To Wave (Montauk, NY) – Montauk Brewing, one of the fastest-selling craft breweries in Metro New York that just happens to be owned by a Canadian cannabis company, has a popular year-round offering that’s one of the best things they do. Crafted with a smart menu of Chinook, Azacca, Columbus and El Dorado hops, Montauk Wave Chaser IPA is a 6.4% ABV India Pale Ale that never disappoints.
