The holidays are ON and American craft brewers are addressing the season with exciting new beers you’re gonna want to have around.
Sticky Stuff (Charlotte, NC) – Sycamore brewing has returned a festive limited release that offers a welcome respite from all the malty holiday beers you’ve been drinking.
Now available in North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, West Virginia, Tennessee, Ohio, Georgia and Kentucky, Sycamore Sticky Crystals is a 7.04% ABV Hazy IPA with bright grapefruit, passion fruit, mango and tangerine notes, lower bitterness and well-rounded mouthfeel.
“For this beer, we use different cellaring and dry hopping techniques that result in bigger, bolder and punchier hop flavors,” says Sycamore Brewing Co-Owner, Sarah Taylor Brigham. “The extra love given pays off with the enticing flavors and aroma that result.”
A Winter Legend (Houston, TX) – Brewed every year since 1995, Houston-based Saint Arnold Brewing’s holiday seasonal is its own legend throughout Texas. The first seasonal that the brewery ever crafted, Saint Arnold Christmas Ale is an award-winning 7.5% ABV Strong Ale that takes its lead from historic British traditions and is brewed with five different types of malted barley.
Illegal In Seven States (Boonville, CA) – The holidays are here and Anderson Valley Brewing is celebrating the season with the return of something HUGE. Aged in bourbon barrels for more than 12 months, Anderson Valley Huge Arker is a massive, yet surprisingly drinkable, 15.5% ABV Imperial Stout with a hefty malt backbone, layers of honey and molasses notes and hints of coffee, vanilla and dark fruits.
Actually illegal in seven states, the Huge Arker is a rich and complex beer that demand to be savored.
