In a lot of ways, Founders All Day IPA is the ultimate “jack of all trades” beverage especially when you’re cooking with beer. Full of flavor yet light in body, it satisfies an array of palates, moods, adventures and more.
We recently featured the brewery’s popular All Day IPA, a 4.7% ABV Session India Pale Ale in a mac & cheese dish that’s terrific, as well as in a crab cake recipe that nails it. But it’s also damn good when used as an ingredient in dessert.
This bright and buttery All Day IPA Lemon Bar recipe comes our way from Justin Golinski Culinary Director at Founders Brewing in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
And it’s relatively easy to pull off so let’s do this!
