Similar to a classic lager in mouthfeel and tone, but bigger and bolder Indeed Mexican Honey is an 8% ABV Imperial Lager with a bright citrus edge that’s held in check by its sturdy malt backbone.
Getting A Kick Out Of It (Ft Collins, CO) – New Belgium Brewing has partnered with five breweries from five continents to collaborate on a special beer for a soccer-packed summer. Tempered by chamomile, lemongrass, Nugget and Willamette hops, New Belgium Bicycle Kick Kölsch is a 5.1% ABV refresher that’s creatively spiced and fruited. And with the support of all-star brewing roster consisting of Adnams (England), Baird (Japan), Bodebrown (Brazil), Devil’s Peak (South Africa) and Primus (Mexico), New Belgium’s international offering will be brewed and distributed in each partner’s market making for a true global collaboration!
Essential Drinking (San Diego, CA) – Thorn Brewing just canned the latest from their ever-evolving Essential IPA Series. Powered by New Zealand’s exceptional Nelson Sauvin hop, Thorn Got Nelson? is a 7% ABV India Pale Ale that’s available now and will be through early June.
The Original 4:20 Beer Returns (Petaluma, CA) – Lagunitas has returned a popular OneHitter Series offering that they insist was responsible for the original ‘4:20’ reference. Brewed to commemorate the mysterious Waldos, longtime friends, then teenaged stoners, who bonded over special 4:20 afterschool outings, Lagunitas The Waldos’ Special Ale 11.3% Triple India Pale Ale that’s totally dank in more ways than one.
Say Uncle! (Larkspur, CA) – Marin Brewing just released a brand new IPA and this one’s ageless. Brewed to bridge the gap between ‘old school’ and new, Marin’s Your Uncle IPA is a 7.2% ABV hop monster that’s unrepentantly fueled on a brilliant medley of Citra, Mosaic, NZ Rakau and Simcoe hops.
