Drink Serious Beer In Washington State (Redmond, WA) – The Washington Beer Commission presents the 2015 Washington Brewers Festival this weekend (June 19th-21st) at King County’s Marymoor Park in Redmond WA. Friday evening’s 21-and-over session will feature about 70 Washington breweries and include some special Friday-only stash. There will be food and live music. Saturday and Sunday’s sessions which are open to all ages will feature 90+ breweries and over 300 beers will be offered! On The Big Screen – Melissa McCarthy can be hilarious, but her talents have felt wasted since she stole the show in Bridesmaids, but her latest movie may be a return to form and has been getting some great reviews. Spy tells the story of desk-bound CIA analyst (McCarthy) who volunteers to go undercover to infiltrate the world of a deadly arms dealer, and prevent diabolical global disaster.

, The American Craft Beer Weekend Picks – June 19, 2015Drink Seriously In Hotlanta (Atlanta, GA) – Considered by locals to be one of the best events of the summer the 2015 Atlanta Summer Beer Fest returns to Masquerade Music Park, this Saturday June 20th, for the 6th straight year. This year’s afternoon event will feature some of the region’s most cutting edge brewers, some 200+ beers, non-stop music and plentiful artisan foods.

Music / Music / Music  (Dover, DE) – If you’re thinking of rocking – then there’s only one place you should be – and that’s at the 2015 Firefly Music Festival at the Woodlands of Dover International Speedway, 154 acres of beautiful festival grounds that are playing host this weekend to a brilliant array of music’s biggest names. Silverton Calling (Silverton, OR) – The 11th annual Oregon Garden Brewfest is taking place this Friday & Saturday (June 19th-20th) and if you’re up in the Pacific Northwest you should really think about going.Considered by many to be the region’s most scenic beer festival, this two-day event will feature 136 beers, ciders & mead from 68 different breweries. The festival also features live music and seven food vendors. The festival , The American Craft Beer Weekend Picks – June 19, 2015itself is held indoors, but attendees are encouraged to explore the 80-acre botanical garden with their beer.

With summer now upon us and temperatures rising we’re dialing things back at the ACB compound and Victory has a beer that we’ve been hitting a lot lately. Victory’s Kühl Kölsch is 4.9% ABV pleaser that’s a nice take on a style that more and more brewers have been returning to late
