On The Big Screen – Reese Witherspoon’s newest film debuts this weekend and it’s been generating all kinds of buzz. Wild tells the true story of a self-destructive woman’s 1,100-mile solo hike on the Pacific Crest trail, undertaken as a way to recover from the dissolution of her marriage and the loss of her mother. Hangars On! (Seattle, WA) – The Washington Brewers Guild is presenting the 2014 Winter Beer Festival in Hangar 30 at Magnuson Park this weekend – and you don’t want to miss it. This year’s two-day (Dec 5th-6th), three-session event will feature outstanding winter seasonals from more than 45 of Washington state’s most brilliant breweries. This year’s lineup will include dark malty stouts, robust winter warmers, and barrel-aged gems.
