Devastatingly Dank! (Escondido, CA) – Last Friday, the über-fresh Stone Brewing Co.Enjoy By 04.20.14 IPA was bottled, kegged, and loaded on refrigerated trucks bound nationwide. For the first time ever, Stone is making the ultra-hoppy brew available in limited quantities to retailers in 40 of the states where Stone beers are sold. This Stone Enjoy By 04.20.14 IPA features a massive profile of 13 different hop varieties added throughout the brewing process.
Southlands Celebration (Atlanta, GA) – SweetWater Brewing is celebrating an anniversary and they’ve brewed up something special for it. Their 17th Anniversary Ale is a big, complex farmhouse-style Saison that’s initially fermented with French Saison yeast, and then run through a secondary fermentation using Brettanomyces Bruxellensis – a powerful strain of yeast responsible for the brew’s big 9% ABV.
Heavy Seas Returns to Uncharted Waters (Halethorpe, MD) – Heavy Seas just released the latest in their Uncharted Series and we’re pretty damned excited that they have!The Big DIPA is their massively hopped, yet surprisingly elegant, IPA that’s infused with rye, and hopped four different times during the brewing process. This 10.5% ABV regal Imperial is perfectly balanced and it’s out there now -so you know what to do!
A Belgian Anniversary (Denver, CO) – This year marks the 20th Anniversary for the Great Divide Brewing Company and they’re brewing something extra special to celebrate it. Fermented with Viognier grape juice, Great Divide 20th Anniversary Belgian-style Ale is both delicate and assertive. This is a grown-up beer for a big-time celebration. Look for 20th Anniversary on taps and shelves this April.

(Milton, DE) – Dogfish Head Brewery’s legendary 120 Minute IPA is currently available on draft and at retail in Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, DC, Delaware, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Massachusetts, Maryland, Maine, Michigan, New Jersey, Nevada, New York, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Texas, Virginia, Washington, and Wisconsin. Monocacy Gets Brutal (Frederick, MD ) – The newest edition to a fast- growing number of Maryland-based breweries, Monocacy Brewing Company has just released their second year-Brutus Coffee Imperial Stout, a robust interpretation of the English tradition brewed using quality local ingredients. With a big coffee aroma and taste, the 8.6% ABV Coffee Imperial Stout is conjured from select, dark-roasted malts and freshly roasted, whole “Red Bourbon Rwanda” estate coffee beans from Dublin Roasters of Frederick.The label showcases a piercing illustration by California-based graphic artist Brian Luong. A series of daggers intertwine with a coffee bush, drawing an immediate parallel to the assassination of Julius Caesar and prompting one to ask, “Et tu, Brewte?
Saranac’s Can-Do packs it in! (Utica, NY) – Saranac is all about this summer and also about giving craft beer fans a mix of its best and most in-demand beers. The ‘Can Do’ Variety Pack features the award-winning Saranac Pale Ale, which is made using the brand’s exclusive hop infusion process, and Saranac Legacy IPA, a beer inspired by a resurrected family recipe. Also included is their Wild Hop Pils, a unique pilsener that features Belma hops, found growing wild on a hop farm in Washington State.
