, Newbies – New Releases That You Want to Look Out ForIcelandic Beer Saga (Philadelphia, PA) – Yards Brewing Company has just released a special collaboration with Iceland’s Einstök Brewery and La Colmbe Coffee Roasters. Yards Snorri’s Awakening 5.5% ABV Pale Ale brewed with specialty coffee that was named in honor of 13th Century Icelandic historian and poet, Snorri Sturluson. And it’s available now on draft and in bottles if you’re looking for a pick-me-up to get down with.

Exiled (Baltimore, MD) – DuClaw Brewing is releasing the newest addition to their eXile Series next week- so be ready. DuClaw X-10 is a 6% ABV Saison with Cantaloupe that will be available in 12oz bottles as well as on draft beginning on April 8th.

, Newbies – New Releases That You Want to Look Out ForWooden Headed (Kennesaw, GA) – John Bell Hood was called “Old Wooden Head” by his troops for his tenacity and hard headed-ness back in the day – and now Burnt Hickory Brewing has seen fit to name a beer after him. Burnt Hickory Old Wooden Head is 10% ABV Imperial IPA and their latest year-round offering.

Certified! (St Paul. MN) – Summit Brewing has a new organic addition to their year-round lineup that sounds way interesting. Summit Hopvale Organic Ale is the only USDA Certified Organic Session Ale that we know of. With organic barley is sourced from Montana and Wyoming and the organic hops from family farms in Washington and Idaho, Hopvale delivers a serious hop punch while being seriously sessionable (4.7% ABV) at the same time.
