, Newbies – New Releases That You Want to Look Out ForHappy Endings (Atlanta, GA) – SweetWater Brewing has just rolled out their latest Catch and Release seasonal. SweetWater’s Happy Ending is an award-winning 9% ABV Imperial Stout brewed with Centennial and Willamette hops and finished off with a dry-hop addition of Cascade and Simcoe hops – and it’s available now on draft and in 22 oz. bombers.

No Longer Retired (Houston, TX) – More than seven years after its limited release, a beloved Saint Arnold Divine Reserve No. 5 favorite returns in two variations and with two different names. Saint Arnold Bishop’s Barrel No. 8 is an enormous 9% ABV Stout. Its recipe was inspired by Houston homebrewer Mike Heniff’s winning entry from the 2007 Big Batch Brew Bash homebrew competition. Saint Arnold Divine Reserve No. 15 is the bourbon-barrel aged version of this popular Stout.

, Newbies – New Releases That You Want to Look Out ForBeer Camp Survivor (Chico, CA) – Sierra Nevada has a new, full-time beer coming out that first appeared as part of their popular Beer Camp Across America mixed pack. Beer Camp Hoppy Lager is a reimagined encore of the collaboration that they did with Ballast Point – and it was so popular that they’ve added it to their regular lineup.

The 2015 Debut Series Debuts! (Charlottesville, VA) – Starr Hill is ringing in the New Year with the launch of their draft-only Debut Series. Starr Hill’s Debut #1: Tripel is their 9.5% ABV take on the classic Trappist Ale brewed using US Saaz hops. This very special limited release is available on draft starting this week at the Starr Hill Brewery Tap Room and at select locations in each market area.

, Newbies – New Releases That You Want to Look Out ForEldorado Calling (Escondido, CA) – A few years back, Stone CEO and Co-founder Greg Koch proposed developing a beer delicious enough to warrant making that its formal name…and that’s what their newest release proposes to do. Stone Delicious IPA is a citrusy, 7.7% ABV ale that’s dry-hopped exclusively using Eldorado hops and engineered to reduce gluten at the same time.White Labs tests the gluten levels of each batch, and Stone publishes the results on the beer’s dedicated webpage. To further ensure levels remain constant, Stone’s Quality Assurance team also monitors the beer by testing samples at different stages of the production process–from fermentation through packaging.
