, Newbies – New Releases That You Want to Look Out ForTrippin’ (Bend, OR) – Deschutes has another Bond Street Series release that’s got our attention. Deschutes Hop Trip is a 5.5% ABV Fresh Hop Pale Ale brewed with freshly harvested hops from the region. This fresh Pale Ale is bright, citrusy, and relatively sessionable, and it’s out there now – but won’t be forever – so you know what to do.

Two New Ones from Stone (Escondido, CA) – Stone is a company that apparently never sleeps and they’ve two new releases that you should know about. 

, Newbies – New Releases That You Want to Look Out ForStone Smoked Porter with Chocolate and Orange is part of the company’s rotating series of Smoked Porters. This 5.9% ABV Porter uses dark chocolate and orange peel to offset its smoked flavor, resulting in another phenomenal addition to this ever-growing series. Look for this puppy to begin rolling out in early October.

Stone Enjoy After 10.31.15 Brett IPA is a new limited release that demands that you wait some time before you drink it.This 7% ABV IPA is spiked at bottling with Brettanomyces, a wild yeast that, over time, brings out differing complexities of spice, funk, and acidity and matures in interesting and unpredictable ways. Enjoy After 10.31.15 is shipping this Friday, so be ready.

, Newbies – New Releases That You Want to Look Out ForA Terrible Turn for Big Sky (Missoula, MT) – Montana’s Big Sky Brewing has returned a popular favorite to the marketplace, although some think it a terrible idea. The 10.1% ABV Big Sky Ivan the Terrible Imperial Stout hits retail on 9/22 and the brewery remains unapologetic.

Granja con Tequila (Denver, CO) – River North is releasing a brand-new exotic at their brewery this Saturday, Sept 27. Clocking in at an unforgiving 10.2% ABV, River North J. Maria is a Belgian-style ale aged in tequila barrels that shows no mercy – and in spite of repeated warnings from public officials, they’re releasing it just in time for the GABF!
