VictoryMoonglow Weizenbock is an 8.75% ABV bottle-conditioned harvest time ale – rich in malt tones and spicy fruit aromas – and it’s available now on draft as well as in 12 oz. 4-packs.

Charm City Mega Collaboration to Make its Debut at Baltimore Beer Week (Baltimore, MD) – Heavy Seas Beer is brewing a beer along with DuClawUnion CraftRed Brick StationThe Brewer’s Art, and Oliver Breweries to celebrate Baltimore Beer Week (Oct 10th-19th). Stoop Sitter is a German-style “fest-bier” brewed using locally grown American Hops.

, Newbies – New Releases That You Want to Look Out ForCrafty Is as Crafty Does (Portland, OR) – Widmer Brothers and Gigantic Brewing have announced a new beer that they’re doing together to celebrate Widmer Brothers’ 30th anniversary. The fourth of six limited-release collaboration beers with Oregon breweries hitting the market this year, Craftylicious is a bright, partial kettle-soured beer that is tart, hoppy, citrusy, and made for the late summer months. Named for the “craft vs. crafty” debate among some brewers and beer geeks, this one-of-a-kind limited edition collaboration is available now in 22 oz. bottles and on draft in select markets, including Portland, Seattle, San Francisco, San Diego, Minneapolis, New York City, Boston, and Philadelphia.

Barrel Blonde Returns to River North (Denver, CO) – On Saturday, September 13th at 1 p.m., River North Brewery will re-introduce Barrel Blonde, a Belgian-style Blonde Ale aged one of three ways – in bourbon, Manhattan, or Boulevardier cocktail barrels – then blended. The result is a beer of insane complexity, and both draft pours and bombers-to-go will be available at their taproom during the release party. There will also be a limited retail release in the weeks that follow -but with only 147 cases in total – expect this brilliant small-batch brew to go fast.

, Newbies – New Releases That You Want to Look Out ForHash Pipe (Atlanta, GA) – As IPAs continue their ride as the fastest growing and leading craft beer style, SweetWater Brewing is upping the ante on the India Pale Ale. SweetWater Hop Hash is a 7.8% ABV double IPA, infused with a very concentrated form of hop resin also known as hash that delivers a pungent punch to the palate and the head. “It’s always fun to be able to experiment and offer something that’s truly unique,” said SweetWater Founder Freddy Bensch. “We’ve literally been toying with this concept since our days back in college. As IPAs continue to dominate, we’re excited to take the style to the next level using the dankest hop hash we could get our sticky fingers on!” Look for this new addition to the brewery’s year-round lineup to start rolling out in bottles and on draft in early October.
