, Newbies – New Releases That You Want to Look Out ForBarreled Pumpkin Rolling Out Soon (Baltimore, MD) – Heavy Seas Beer will soon be releasing the 2014 fall edition of their popular Uncharted Series. This year’s Heavy Seas Great’ER Pumpkin is a 10% ABV Bourbon Barrel-aged Pumpkin Ale and they’ll be tapping it on September 10 at 6:00 p.m. sharp at their infamous tap room – so you might want to be there.

Autumn Returns (San Francisco, CA) – The Anchor Brewing Company is returning a fall seasonal that made some waves in its debut outing last year.Inspired by the native California tree’s deep red fall leaves, BigLeaf Maple Autumn Red is a 6% ABV well-balanced Red Ale that pours copper and drinks rich.“Autumn Red”is available now in 6-packs, 22 oz. bottles, and on draft as well as at the Anchor Brewing Taproom in San Francisco.

Worth, TX) – For the first time ever in North Texas, two breweries, Rahr & Sons Brewing Company of Fort Worth and Lakewood Brewing of Garland, have come together to craft a special, limited-edition beer that combines their unique styles. Breaking the mold among local brewers, DFW: A Collaboration of Two Breweries is a 6.4% ABV Belgian-inspired Dubbel Ale that will be available on draft and in 22 oz. bottles beginning the week of October 27.

, Newbies – New Releases That You Want to Look Out ForWinter Warmers Already? (Bend, OR) – It appears so, because the Deschutes Brewery will soon be releasing a cold-weather favorite. Deschutes 2014 Jubelale is a 6.7% ABV winter warmer that welcomes in fall and the longer nights that inevitably follow. This year marks the 27th bottling for this festive winter ale that amazingly is rolling out this month.

Blonde Ambition (Dublin) – Most of us have at some time enjoyed a GUINNESS stout (or two) and can appreciate what this classic brewery is about. And they will soon be releasing the first edition in the brewery’s new Discovery Series – which we recently had the opportunity to sample with Ruari Twomey and GUINNESS Master Brewer Joe Gruss in Washington, DC. GUINNESS Blonde American Lager merges European and American brewing traditions to create a craft that reflects the company’s 255 years of brewing experience and is distinctly American at the same time. This 5% ABV American Lager pours deep golden amber and drinks silky smooth, and GUINNESS will be launching it nationwide in October.
