Newbies – New Releases That You Want to Look Out For

So many beers- So little time…Anchor Brewing has just come out with something special that walks the line between sweet and sour. We’ll have more on that for you plus some new releases from River North and Stone that sound exceptionally serious as well.

New Beer & Music from Heartless Bastards (Austin, TX) – Austin-based rock favs, Heartless Bastards have two new releases coming out – a draft-only collaboration ale that they did with Austin Beerworks and a new album. First the beer…The band’s base playerJesse Ebaugh (who also happens to be a homebrewer) worked with the brewery’s Co-Owner and Head Brewer, Will Golden, to come with something special for warm summer nights and packed rock houses. Light, crisp and tart, Heartless Bastard Ale is a 3.9% ABV summer refresher that’s available now at the brewery’s taproom. And be sure to check out, Heartless Bastards latest release, Restless Ones, which is coming out on June 16th on Partisan Records.

Tripel Play (Denver, CO) – Last summer, River North Brewery released a single batch of Tripel. Within two weeks, it was gone, leaving everyone – including River North’s brewers – craving more. And on Saturday, June 13th, they’re thankfully bringing it back. River North Tripel is a classic 9.2% ABV Abbey-style Golden Strong Ale that will be available later this week in 22oz bombers and on draft.
