Rites of Passage (Dover DE) —Fordham Brewing and Ryleigh’s Oyster Food & Spirits have recently partnered to enhance a classic. A rite of passage in the Mid-Atlantic and a tribute to the region’s rich maritime culture, Rosie Parks Oyster Stout is a 5% Dry Stout brewed with oysters, with hints of dark roasted malt, cocoa, and chocolate.
Reciprocity (Portland, ME) – Bissell Brothers recently introduced a new addition to their year-round portfolio that stands as a “thank you” to their fans that took a chance on them when they were just beginning. Reciprocity is an 7.3% India Pale Ale PA, that was brewed with newly popular Vic Secret, Ella, and Summer hops, all hailing from Australia. And you can get it on draft and in 16oz cans.
Encore, Encore (Escondido, CA) – Stone is introducing their 20th Anniversary Encore Series where they are celebrating 20 years in the biz by re-releasing some of their most popular fan-favorites. First up is an encore version of Stone 08.08.08 Vertical Epic Ale, an 8.9% ABV Strong Belgian-style IPA, that as we remember was pretty awesome. This one’s out there now but it won’t be forever – so you know what to do!
Seeing Double (Atlanta, GA) – Red Brick Brewing is also celebrating their wasted years with a blend of 9 different hops and 5 different malts. Red Brick 22nd Anniversary Double IPA is a 9.5% Imperial that should be out by the end of this week.
The Fall Pumpkin Parade Continues (Tampa, FL) – This week’s addition to the ongoing pumpkin parade has an appropriately ironic name comes from our friends at Cigar City. Seasonal Creep is an 8.3% Chocolate Pumpkin Ale that pours dark red in color and drinks like chocolate and pumpkin, turned up to an 8.
