So when we came across John Kell’s excellent piece on a new drink option – it gave us pause. We don’t even cover ciders at ACB but that doesn’t mean that you shouldn’t know that alcoholic Root Beer Is the Next Big Thing!

Craft Beer’s New Frontier?

We’re not sure we’d put it that strongly. But Jon Frank’s recent piece for the Denver Post, on Cellaring and Aging Craft Beer was still a good read. And shines a spotlight on craft beer’s growing hoarding community – who’d prefer to stash a Barleywine in their basement for years – rather than enjoy it fresh. 

Delaware’s Craft Beer Boom

Craft beer is exploding in Delaware and The News Journal’s Ryan Cormier is all about what’s going on in this sometimes overlooked state. He predicts that there’s no bust on horizon for Delaware’s beer boom and we’re happy about that.
