Cascade Brewing Marshmallow Apples

This NW style sour ale is a blend of strong blonds and blonds that were aged with vanilla and spices. Aromas of marshmallow and tart apple skins spill from the glass as you draw it near. The tart apple skins call to mind bright Granny Smith apples followed by creamy marshmallow and cereal notes on the palate. The finish is of tart apple flesh and creamy marshmallow and vanillin. Note, no apples were harmed in the making of this beer.
